A fishing fluster caused in Augusta

Introducing the fishing fantastic Harold Kyte from Wigan, England. Thanks to this fellow, im now literally hooked on fishing. Harold showed me how to setup my rod, taught me how to cast and strike and thanks to him i caught a fish on my very first cast. The sea is now a few fish less thanks to his instructions. My first catch was a whiting for the record and it tasted gooooooood.

This is Harold and his wife Linda, sporting a glass of red. Not only did harold teach me to provide, they both looked after us that evening as the sun went down and we were invited for a cheese, cracker and wine evening next to the ocean in there cosy campervan. It was like having parents away from home and was pretty darn comforting to hear a northern england accent to say the least, well, until we were eaten alive by mosquito’s because someone left open the air vent . Below is another photo from close to where we were fishing and acts as a reminder that the ocean is a cruel mistress,,

Me happy with my very fist catch….this was the start of things to come, just wait till you see what beasts im on now.

We hope to meet up with you both in wigan for a piping hot cuppa when we get back to the motherland.
