Peli-can or Peli-cant?
Waking up with the sun and hitting the hay when light falls is the best thing us as humans can do. Its done wonders for my energy levels and mental health. When i was back in the uk, it was almost as though i was fighting going to bed by indulging myself in a movie, or some facebook time, the reading of a magazine or something else. Then i wondered why i felt dog dirt the following day. Ive now learnt my lesson, im hitting the hay early whenever i can. It makes me feel alive.
Anyway, enough of the bedtime preaching. So, we wake up at the break of dawn eager to go check out this lagoon. Have a little ganders below of what i saw as soon as my size seven girls feet hit the hot sand.
After a neck deep bathe, amongst the fish, seabed dwellers and the odd octopus in the calm waters of the lagoon, I decided to get up close and personal with the pelican that almost equaled the height of leona. They dont look real, like something from a cartoon. Im not sure why they arent shy, but i took full advantage and got some shots that will defo be going in my photographic portfolio.
